Two rotor versions are available:

 SN-95 "V6/GT" version with 10½" solid rotor, (for 15" or larger wheels), or SN-95 "Cobra" version with 11.65" ventilated rotor (for 16" or larger wheels).

Conversion brackets come with the main adapter brackets, housing end flange spacers (takes the place of the old drum backing plates), splash shield bolts and caliper mounting bolts, and machined aluminum rotor centering rings. --This kit includes what is shown but does NOT include the rotors, calipers, splash shields, etc. 
 
Provisions have been made on the conversion brackets to (optionally) mount the factory SN-95 splash shields. The shields help protect the rotors/calipers from water, grit or road debris.
 
The rotors, calipers, splash shields, etc., can be sourced from '94-'04 Mustangs/Cobras, or ALL remaining parts can be purchased (brand new), either through auto parts stores, Ford, or from aftermarket brake suppliers. 
 
With kit purchase, information given to (optionally) install the factory SN-95 Anti-moan caliper support brackets, and the mods needed to adapt the stock SN-95 flexible brake hoses. Part numbers for splash shields, Anti-moan caliper support brackets, and flexible brake hoses also included.
 
NOTE: In some cases, depending on specific rear end type, some minor bracket clearancing MAY be necessary. In most cases though, it will not. 
 
Conversion brackets only available for small bearing Ford 8- & 9-inch rear end housings at this time.
